Who am I?
I didn’t start in publishing—I started in research.
My work has always lived at the intersection of ideas and impact: understanding how leaders think, what actually drives change inside organizations, and why some ideas scale while others stall. At Gartner, I led research portfolios focused on leadership, talent, and workforce transformation, working closely with Fortune 500 executives to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable frameworks.
In 2018, when our hard hitting research got picked up by a big name publishing agency, I dove headfirst into book writing and never turned back. Writing for mass market audiences is different than succeeding as a leader in the c-suite or the boardroom.
The most interesting leaders aren’t short on insight—they're short on time and structure. Their ideas live across presentations, conversations, and notes, but rarely came together as a coherent narrative that could travel, influence, and endure.
That’s the gap I now work in.
Through Kinesta Author Studio, I partner with executives and thought leaders to shape their ideas into work that holds together—intellectually, narratively, and strategically. Sometimes that means building the core framework of a book from the ground up. Sometimes it’s refining a manuscript that’s close but not quite landing. Often, it’s helping someone see their own thinking more clearly for the first time.
I’m not here to impose a voice or write around you. I’m here to help you think more sharply, more structurally, and with your audience in mind.
Clients tend to come to me with a body of work already behind them: years of experience, a point of view, and the sense that there’s something more to say. Together, we turn that into something cohesive, compelling, and ready to stand on its own.
This work is collaborative, direct, and focused. I’ll challenge you where needed, ask better questions than you’ve been asked before, and stay with the work until it’s doing what it’s meant to do.
If you’re looking for someone to “help write a book,” there are many good options out there.
If you’re looking for a partner to shape the thinking behind it—and ensure it lands—you’re in the right place.
